- Sean Egan, Regional Director of Sales and Account Management Sean is the Regional Director of Sales and Account Management, responsible for oversight and distribution of Individual, Small Group, and Medicare Advantage products in Oscar's East and Midwest markets. Prior to Oscar, Sean held sales and leadership roles at both regional and national insurance carriers, with experience across Individual, Small Group, and Key Account lines of business. Sean earned his Bachelor's Degree from Providence College, and a Master's Degree from Baruch College.
