- Senior Director, Commercial Sales Erica works with brokers and employer groups to provide the most competitive and comprehensive health care coverage options for her commercial clients. A graduate of Lycoming College, Erica started her vocation in the insurance industry in 1994 at Penn Group Financial, Montoursville, PA. Throughout her career, Erica has worked directly with employers & agents, has acted as the liaison between agents & carriers as a general agent and built lasting relationships along the way. Erica is actively involved in her local Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) organization as well as the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU) where she most recently served 4 years as the Region 2 Vice-President on the NAHU Board of Trustees. She has served in several chair positions locally, at the state level and nationally. She is the past local president of the Central Pennsylvania Chapter (2007-2009.) She is the past president of the Pennsylvania State Chapter (2005-2007.) She served twice as National Chair for the Chapter Leadership & Development Committee. Erica resides in Orwigsburg, PA where enjoys the quality time she spends at home with her family, friends and fur-kids. She also enjoys impromptu road trips, cooking up new recipes and reading as many books as she can get her hands on.
