• Creative TPA services to help enhance employer’s benefit offerings
• Innovative self-funding and pharmacy benefit solutions at more affordable levels
• Importance of Voluntary Benefits as a necessary supplement for employees and their families
• Projected  Time Horizons on potential changes in our environment
