Would you recognize a single-payer program if it were proposed in Pennsylvania or Washington, DC?
Janet Trautwein will review what we all hear about but know just enough about to be dangerous: single payer.
She will walk you through the different forms single payer might take by reviewing programs in Canada, Great Britain and other European countries.
She will also review proposed legislation in the United States,including legislation proposed that would create a new Medicare Part E that would be offered on Marketplace.
Learn how NAHU works on issues such as single payer and other topics of importance to brokers, what we are advocating both legislatively and through the regulatory process, and how YOU can take an active part in this process.

This event will also include a brief local and state legislative update by Scott Wham, GPAHU Legislative Chair.
