Please join us for this valuable educational program presented by one of our esteemed Benefactor level partners
Reference Based Pricing (RBP) has been used by health plans for over a decade to help take control of medical benefit costs. During this interactive session attendees will learn how this solution is crossing the chasm from the early adopters to be more of a mainstream solution for brokers and their self-funded employer clients. The discussion will go over how RBP has evolved and dissect the key issues from all sides—provider, plan and patient reviewing the challenges and opportunities. We will also review several major initiatives including
- Consolidated Appropriations Act
- Hospital Price Transparency rule and regulation,
- No Surprises Act
- Direct to Employer (DTE) contracting
- How RBP plan design promotes consumerism
