YOU ARE INVITED TO ATTEND A GPAHU EDUCATION EVENT

Health Equity – Successfully Serving Underserved Communities

Thursday, May 12th | 9-10:30am

Our Corporate Partners represent the foundation of this Association and are responsible for helping to make the GPAHU one of the leading NAHU chapters in the country.

Please join us for this valuable educational program presented by one of our esteemed Benefactor level partners

Steve Kelly, Co-founder and Charmain of Imagine360

Join recognized experts in an “outside-the-box” discussion on health equity programs and what contributes to their success. This session will examine two innovative and robust programs that are currently serving poorly resourced communities and how they’re improving individual and community health at a grassroots level.

GPAHU is pleased to welcome back industry expert Steve Kelly, Chairman and co-founder of Imagine360 to lead the session.

Along with Mr. Kelly, local nationally recognized Dr. Tyra Bryant- Stephens of CHOP; Darik Croft, COO of miCare Health Center; and Jim Vertino, CIO of Imagine360 will share their insights on specific programs. Join us virtually to learn more about this thought- provoking approach to impacting health equity and its potential to affect the healthcare industry.

We’ll unpack the stories behind the following programs:

  • Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP’s) CAPP+ that’s been minimizing asthma triggers via education and environmental causes for 15 years.
  • Florida’s ground-breaking West Volusia Hospital Authority (WVHA), an independent special taxing district that provides healthcare access to low-income residents in the coverage “gap”

Thursday, May 12th | 9-10:30am

Time: 9am -10:30am

Cost: FREE for GPAHU members, $15 for Non-members

This will be a virtual event. Your link to view this presentation will be included in your confirmation email.
