Christin Deacon
Assistant Director of Pensions and Benefits, Department of Treasury, NJ
Christin has served in a variety of capacities both in government service and in the private sector throughout her career. Prior to her current role, Christin served as Assistant Counsel to former Governor Chris Christie, where she handled a portfolio consisting of Department of Banking and Insurance, the New Jersey Lottery, Division of Investments, and all other agencies within Treasury. Christin also served as Deputy Attorney General for the State where she was involved in matters including the State and School Employee Health Benefits Plans (SHBP/SEHBP).






Nick Porter
Vice President Total Rewards, Signature HealthCARE

Nick is a human resources professional with a demonstrated history of working in the hospital and healthcare industry. Nick managed a benefit plan for senior care facilities during COVID-19 and addressed the unique challenges of that sector. He is also skilled in Deferred Compensation, U.S. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Team Building, Public Speaking, and Performance Management. His specific accomplishments include market-based fringe benefits, reference-based pricing models that save companies millions of dollars and enhancing the end user experience.
