The GPAHU welcomes special guest presenter Louis Haynor, Chief Revenue Officer at CLEAR Employer Services. This one credit Continuing Education course will provide the insurance professional with a basic understanding of how Professional Employer Organizations (PEO’s) work and specifically how Employer Groups may benefit from providing Employee Benefits through these arrangements.

Special guest speaker Kate Mellor, Vice President, Behavioral Health Client Strategy for Optum, will discuss the impact that COVID-19 is having on individual’s mental health in both the short and long term. In her role at Optum, Kate works to solve existing clients’ challenges by developing and deploying innovative data driven solutions using her experience of more than 15 years in the healthcare and wellness industry.
Additionally, the magnitude of the changes around us are fast tracking trends that were already taking hold prior to the pandemic resulting in the need for new resources that employers can use to adapt to these changes will be discussed. Dan Tropeano, CEO, at UnitedHealthcare of Pennsylvania & Delaware will open this educational session by sharing his thoughts and observations on the current state of our industry.
